3B7C DXpedition has made a 137,488 QSOs. Yesterday has the team finished packing up 3B7C and loading it onto the ship for the return to Mauritius. They are now on the way back home. Here is a descrition how to get a QSL card |

HV50VR (Vatican Radio) is a callsign of special event station to mark the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Vatican’s Santa Maria di Galeria broadcasting site. HV50VR should be on the air from 27 Sept and will also be participating in upcoming contests. QSL direct via IW0GPN. Possibilty of LOTW uploads. IK0FVC has been authorised this callsign.

A new DXpedition 3C7Y to Republic of Equatorial Guinea will take place from October 05 to October 14. Operators KH7Y, EA5YN, EA5BRE and EA5BYP will activate Bioko Island AF-010.
They will operate with two stations for ten days, transmitting on all bands, in the modes CW - SSB - and RTTY.

The old YA prefix is no longer in use, so T6 is now the official prefix of Afghanistan. Ross, T61AA has been active on 20m SSB today, for approx 60 minutes. His QTH is Faizabad. Ross is ex-VK1UN/VK8UN, 4W6UN and EX1UN. He is operating an IC-7000, Tokyo Hi-Power HL-1.5KFx amp, Palstar AT-AUTO tuner into a Cushcraft R6000 vertical. He also has a Double Extended Zepp. Ross hopes to have a 2 el 20m Moxon on an 8 el 6m beam shortly.

After a lapse of nearly five years, the call 3D2AG/p will be activated from the small isolated island of Rotuma (OC-060) in December 2007 by Antoine, also known as FO5RK.
The expedition is planned to start on December 15, and last until January 20 or so, depending on transportation schedules.
Antoine will leave for Rotuma from Suva, Fiji via an inter-island shipping vessel, which takes 48 hours to reach the isolated island some 500 km to the northwest.
There is no mains electricity supply or adequate supplies of fuel or any other commodities on the island, so all necessary items will need to be taken by boat. The equipment for this expedition will consist of the following:
